Simtel announces the opening of a new subsidiary in Stockholm, Sweden – Simtel Nordics

Simtel announces the signing of a contract worth approximately RON 217 million (excluding VAT) with HEPA Energy, a company owned by a lead company from Israel. Simtel anunță semnarea unui contract în valoare de aproximativ 217 de milioane de lei (fără TVA) cu HEPA Energy, deținută de o companie-mamă din Israel.

Simtel announces the appointment of Mihai Velicu as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This decision marks a new stage in Simtel’s development, initiating a process of consolidation and organizational structuring designed to ensure the strategic and financial coordination of all the companies within the group.

Simtel reports consolidated operating revenues of 192.8 million lei in the first half of 2025, up 81% compared to H1 2024.

G-Energy Solutions, the new brand under which GES Furnizare operates, part of Simtel, announces the launch of a new strategic green energy procurement program through long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), targeting a total volume of 1 TWh/year (equivalent to 1,000 GWh/year) from wind and hydro sources. The program includes physical PPAs with durations between 7 and 10 years.

Simtel announces the signing of an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract with Energy Capital Group, owned by MOGAN Bucharest SRL, part of the GÜRİŞ Group from Turkey, for the implementation of a battery energy storage project.

Simtel announces that the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) has approved the base prospectus for a corporate bond programme of up to EUR 30 million. The programme allows Simtel to issue bonds in multiple tranches over time, denominated in RON or EUR, with fixed or variable interest rates, including structures linked to sustainability objectives.
