Simtel, an engineering and technology group listed on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and one of Romania’s leading players in the renewable energy sector, posts preliminary consolidated operational revenues of 360.2 million lei in 2024, marking a 20% increase compared to 2023, and a net profit of 36.7 million lei, up 35% year-over-year and approximately 1.7 million lei above the 2024 budgeted level.
Simtel posts consolidated operating revenues of 172.3 million lei for the first nine months of 2024, a 19% decrease compared to the same period last year, and a net profit of 6.6 million lei, down 60% compared to the first nine months of 2023.

Simtel (BVB: SMTL), an engineering and technology group listed on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and the national leader in renewable energy, and Monsson, the largest renewable energy project developer in Romania and Southeast Europe, announce the signing of a strategic partnership aimed at developing, constructing, and selling photovoltaic and/or hybrid projects with a total installed capacity of approximately 150 MWp. Additionally, the partnership will focus on the development of energy storage solutions with a capacity of up to 120 MWh. To execute these projects, the two companies intend to utilize their own financial resources, bank financing, and other funding sources such as green bonds and European funds.
