Simtel (BVB: SMTL), an engineering and technology group listed on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and a national leader in the renewable energy field, posted, at the consolidated level, operating revenues of 98.1 million lei in the first half of 2024, a 20% decrease compared to the same period last year, and a net profit of 6 million lei, a 9% decrease compared to the first six months of 2023.

Bucharest, 10 July 2024 - Simtel Team (BVB: SMTL), a Romanian engineering and technology company listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and national leader in renewable energy, announces that the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) has approved the prospectus for the admission to trading of SMTL shares on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The Romanian engineering company Simtel Team will transfer from the AeRO market to the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). The Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) approved the operation.
The startup Agora Robotics, a local research and development company in the field of autonomous robots, launched a commercial version of a robot for cleaning operations in commercial and industrial spaces, the sale price being 39,000 euros. Paul Popescu, the general director of Agora Robotics, says that the launch of the robot required an investment of around 1.5 million euros.
In the first quarter of 2024, the Simtel Group recorded a net profit of 1 million euros, thanks to the contribution of the over-the-Prut subsidiary to the profit, which was significant.
