J40\/564\/2010, VAT ID 26414626, fiscal attribute RO, phone: +40 21 308 00 20, e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:office@simtel.ro\">office@simtel.ro<\/a>, hereinafter referred to as (&#8220;the Company&#8221;, &#8220;We&#8221;), aims to provide both employees and business partners with a highly trustworthy working environment, with zero tolerance for any violation of legal provisions that could negatively impact the Company&#8217;s reputation, image, or credibility. <\/p>\n<h2>Whistleblowing policy \u2013 Public interest Whistleblowers<\/h2>\n<p>This policy establishes the principles and framework through which SIMTEL TEAM S.A. receives, assesses, and investigates both anonymous and non-anonymous reports regarding irregularities, omissions, or offenses that have come to the attention of its staff, clients, or suppliers.<\/p>\n<p>The policy is drafted in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 361\/2022 on the protection of whistleblowers in the public interest (&#8220;Law no. 361&#8221;), which transposes Directive (EU) 2019\/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law (&#8220;Applicable Legislation&#8221;), and sets forth the principles and procedure for reporting legal violations.<\/p>\n<p>A whistleblower has several channels available for submitting a report, which they are free to choose from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:compliance@simtel.ro\">compliance@simtel.ro<\/a><\/li>\n<li>By phone: +40 756 666 941<\/li>\n<li>By post: to the Company\u2019s headquarters at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/search\/Splaiul+Independentei+nr.+319L\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/search\/Splaiul%2BIndependentei%2Bnr.%2B319L\">Splaiul Independen\u021bei no. 319L<\/a>, Bruxelles Building (Block B), Entrance A, Ground Floor, Bucharest, District 6, to the attention of the Legal Department, with the mention &#8220;Whistleblower Report&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>In person: at the Company\u2019s headquarters, by prior appointment at the phone number mentioned above under point (b). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>External reporting channels<\/h2>\n<p>A whistleblower may also use an external reporting channel, either after using internal channels to make a report, or by directly resorting to external reporting channels if they consider them more appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>In Romania, the National Integrity Agency is the competent authority responsible for receiving external reports for the financial sector.
